Today, organizations face an overwhelming amount of data at every step of their operations. There is also an overwhelming amount of processing power available, which can make use of the large volume of data to generate actionable insights that are useful for improving the ways in which business is carried out. However, what is missing is the skill set that is required to develop techniques to scan for relevant data, build appropriate statistical models and process the data in a real-time basis. Thus, there is a dire need to upskill and reskill existing professionals in this direction. The objective of this panel discussion is to bring out the challenges involved in Upskilling and Reskilling Organizational Human Resources as indicated above.

Nitte School of Management, envisioned and established to offer management education that is highly industry relevant, has recognized the above need for up skilling and reskilling and has started a new Executive PGDM in Business Analytics. The course is an AICTE Approved, 15 months course that has a blend of theory and practical sessions and is taught by highly experienced professionals in the area of Business Analytics. ELIGIBILITY

• Any recognized Bachelors degree of minimum 3 years duration and a minimum of 5 years relevant managerial / supervisory experience.
• Obtained at least 50% (45% in case of candidate belonging to reserved category) at the qualifying Examination
