There is also an overwhelming amount of processing power available, which can make use of the large volume of data to generate actionable insights that are useful for improving the ways in which business is carried out. However, what is missing is the skill set that is required to develop techniques to scan for relevant data, build appropriate statistical models and process the data in a real-time basis. Thus, there is a dire need to upskill and reskill existing professionals in this direction. The objective of this panel discussion is to bring out the challenges involved in Upskilling and Reskilling Organizational Human Resources as indicated above.
