Dr. N.R. Shetty, Chairman, NITTE School Of Management, is a doyen in the field of Higher Education in India and abroad. He is the pioneer of several Institutions under the aegis of NITTE Education Trust. He has headed and been a part of a number of high power committees on higher education and also created revolution in education system and administration in India. His contribution to education, culture and society bears stamp of excellence for several decades.

Presently, he is the Chancellor of Central University of Karnataka at Kalaburgi, Karnataka.
