In academia, Dr. M Venugopal has over 10 years of experience, primarily serving as Dean of HR and Director at various business schools in Bengaluru. He currently heading NITTE School of Management ,where he is instrumental in organizing symposiums, workshops, seminars, and training and development activities. His responsibilities include guiding projects, conducting Faculty Development Programs, and engaging in research initiatives, as well as overseeing placement activities and HR processes such as sourcing and recruitment, induction, training and development, team building, motivation, and facilitating organization-wide change management initiatives.

Gururaj B Urs is a Professor (OB-HR & Beh Sc). He currently Heads Academics and Research at Nitte School of Management (NSOM), Bengaluru. He teaches, trains, mentors, and conduct research in OB-HR areas such as Organizational Design, Learning and Development, Leadership, Business Ethics, Corporate Governance, Strategic Human Resource Management, and other related areas. He leads PhD programs, including curriculum development, academic leadership, and administration. He is competent in mentoring and guiding doctoral students through their respective research areas, thesis development, and progression. He manages large-scale, funded research projects. He is skilled in supporting and mentoring faculty in writing, submitting, and defending competitive research, training, and related proposals for funding agencies. He is proficient in psycho-diagnostic assessments and psychotherapeutic interventions for various types of mental and physical illnesses, across individual, marital, familial, and group formats. He possesses in-depth academic knowledge of Behavioral and Cognitive sciences, as well as socio-psychological aspects, and application of the same across academic, clinical, and research settings. He is an ardent advocate of the principles and practices of Mental Health and Behavioral sciences. He possesses expertise in implementing and monitoring Total Quality Management systems and processes in higher educational institutions, and has the competency to ensure academic and administrative quality standards in such institutions.

Mr Balakrishanachar M S is the Assistant professor and Head of the Department at NITTE School of Management. With a profound dedication to business education and research, Mr Balakrishanachar has been instrumental in shaping the department's strategic direction and academic excellence since 2021. As the Head of the Department, Mr Balakrishnachar leads the department in curriculum development, faculty management, and strategic planning. Also holds Executive education in Advanced HR Analytics from IIM Rohtak. As an invited expert, delivered MDP, EDP, FDP, SDP, Workshops and Guest lectures across India.
She has also received 'Women of Excellence' award at G20 Presidency, Women Economic Forum in association with Women's Indian Chamber of Commerce & Industry, New Delhi and 'Best Teacher' (ITAP) award, Andhra Pradesh.
