Nitte School of Management (NSoM) warmly welcomed its new PGDM 2025–27 on September 1st 2025, with the Inauguration Ceremony.
The Chief Guest for the event was Dr. Nitin Barekere, Global Vice President, Omega Healthcare, Bengaluru, who inspired the students with his insightful and thought-provoking address. His words left a lasting impact on the young minds embarking on their management journey.
The address by Dr Gururaj B Urs, Director NSoM, further set the tone for the program, giving students a glimpse of the enriching experiences and opportunities awaiting them over the next two years.
During the Afternoon session, all the faculty and administration staff were introduced to the new PGDM 2025-27 by the Director NSoM. Later, details regarding the academic / curricular aspects were provided by Prof Balakrishna, PGDM Coordinator. Also, details regarding the examinations were provided by Prof Chikkegowda, Controller of Examinations. Lastly, the session concluded with Sri Kenchappa, Librarian, presenting an introduction to Library and Information Science.
This daylong event was conducted successfully, marking a memorable beginning to the academic journey of the new batch
