The Faculty Development Program (FDP) on Advances in Teaching Pedagogy for Management Education was conducted on 13th September 2025 at the New Board Room from 09:30 AM onwards. The program began with a welcome address by Dr. Raghavendra P K, followed by Session 1 on Innovative Pedagogical Approaches in Management Education delivered by Dr. Gururaj B Urs, Director. During this session, the Director emphasized outcome-based and technology-driven pedagogy, competency development, as well as the importance of blended and personalized learning in management education.
Session 2 was on From Theory to Practice: Designing and Delivering Case-Based Learning was conducted by Dr. Sandhya S, Professor. She emphasized different types of case studies with real examples and guided participants on how to write and deliver effective case studies for classroom teaching.
