The SAP Train-the-Trainer Faculty Development Program was initiated by the NSoM, with active participation from faculty members of NSOM and the Department of Business Management, NMIT. The program was conducted in two phases and was facilitated by an SAP expert.
The training covered multiple SAP domains, including Introduction to SAP GBI S/4HANA, SAP Software Commands, Warehouse Management, Sales and Distribution, Financial Accounting (FICO) with a focus on Asset Accounting, and Human Capital Management (HCM). These sessions provided faculty members with comprehensive exposure to SAP ERP systems.
Through a combination of structured instructional sessions and hands-on practical discussions, participants developed conceptual clarity along with practical insights into various SAP modules.
This initiative has enhanced faculty readiness to deliver SAP-based curriculum to students in the upcoming academic sessions, thereby strengthening industry-oriented learning and practical competence among learners.
