Nitte School of Management conducted an IQAC training session for teaching and non-teaching staff to strengthen awareness of quality assurance practices in higher education. The session began with a welcome address by Dr. Gururaj B. Urs, Director, who highlighted the importance of IQAC in building a culture of continuous improvement aligned with NAAC requirements.
Resource Person Dr. Ramachandra explained the objectives, functions and structure of IQAC, emphasizing its role in academic quality, documentation, feedback analysis and accreditation processes. He also discussed best practices such as Outcome-Based Education, research promotion and industry collaboration.
The session concluded with a call for collective participation in sustaining institutional excellence and quality enhancement.
